Terms of the allowance
- The monthly allowance is a usage allowance for this service and nothing else.
- It is not money, not a stored balance and not a voucher. It has no cash value.
- It cannot be refunded, exchanged, redeemed or transferred to anyone.
- It does not carry over. Whatever is unused at the end of a period is gone.
- There is no way to buy extra allowance. If you need more, you move to a larger plan.
What you are agreeing to
Everything that governs the money, on the page where the money is asked for.
Billing
- Currency
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
- Tax
- Prices are shown TTC — all taxes included. Nothing is added at checkout.
- Renewal
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same amount, until you cancel it. You are told the amount and the period before you commit and again in the confirmation message.
- Cancellation
- One step from your billing page. No reason is asked and nothing is offered to keep you. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
- Refunds and disputes
- Set out in full in the terms of sale. If something has gone wrong, write to support@jannaclothing.com and we will answer within two business days.
- Age
- The service is for people aged 16 and over. Below that age, an account requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

This is written here as well as in the terms of sale because it is the single term most often misunderstood, and misunderstanding it is expensive.
Checkout
Two separate confirmations are required by French law before a digital service may begin inside the withdrawal period. Neither is ticked for you, and the server checks both again.
