Médiation de la consommation
Consumer mediation is free to you. This page names the mediator, says when you may go to them, and explains the one step that has to come first.

Le médiateur
Conformément à l'article L.612-1 du Code de la consommation, vous pouvez recourir gratuitement au service de médiation suivant :

Le recours à la médiation est possible après avoir tenté de résoudre le litige directement auprès de notre service client par une réclamation écrite.
Les trois champs ci-dessus doivent être renseignés par l'exploitant avant l'ouverture du site au public. Ils sont affichés en clair afin que l'omission soit impossible à manquer.

If you are a consumer and we have not been able to settle a dispute between us, you may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator named above. French law (article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code) gives you that right and it costs you nothing to use it.
One step has to come first: a written complaint to our customer service. Write to support@jannaclothing.com, or by post to JANNA, 288 Cours Lafayette, 69003 Lyon, France. Set out what happened and what you would like done about it. We answer written complaints within two business days.
If that does not resolve it, you may then go to the mediator. You do not need our agreement to do so and you do not need a lawyer. Referring a dispute to the mediator does not prevent you from going to court instead, or afterwards.
Time limits
A dispute may be referred to the mediator within one year of your written complaint to us. It must not already be, or have been, before a court or another mediator.
Nothing on this page limits any other right you have under French or European consumer law, including your right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity, neither of which we exclude or restrict.
