When you first arrive, a notice asks whether optional cookies may be used. The two buttons sit side by side, the same size, in the same type, with the same visual weight. Neither is emphasised, and Refuse is placed first.

Until you choose, nothing optional is set. If you refuse, the refusal is remembered and respected; you are not asked again until the record expires after six months.

Stores your answer to this very question, in your browser's local storage. Kept six months. Without it we would have to ask you on every page.

Session cookie

Set only once you sign in, to keep you signed in. Deleted when you sign out or when the session expires.

Security cookie

Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Deleted at the end of the session.

These are exempt from consent under article 82 de la loi Informatique et Libertés because the service cannot be provided without them.

Audience measurement

Aggregate page-view counts, so we can see which pages are read and which are ignored. No cross-site tracking, no advertising profile, no data sold. Kept thirteen months at most.

That is the whole list. There is no advertising cookie on this site, no social plugin, and no third-party script that loads before you have chosen. Fonts are served from this origin, so no request for them leaves the site either.
